Dean’s hobbies and weekends are dominated by sports and grandkids.

Collette Armendariz, PSC
Patient Services Coordinator
Collette Armendariz is our patient services coordinator. She is originally from Glendale, California and moved to Carlsbad, California in 1991. Collette attended college and raised a family. She began working in the hearing aid industry at Advanced Hearing Care in July, 2016. “I was drawn to the profession to help others.”
What Collette loves most about helping save hearing lives is being able to reassure and encourage the patient that their quality of life will improve by hearing better! Collette strives and focuses on explaining to the patient how we are here for them 100% and we will do whatever it takes to engage them more with their world around them. Outside of saving hearing lives, Collette loves hobbies such as hanging out with her adult boys, running at the beach and volunteering at church.

Very poor service. Went in to get an adjustment on hearing aids that I purchased from them. Only way they would adjust is if I took the time and money to be completely retested. Always trying to sell you. Manager reached out to me and reacted to my concerns. Appreciated...Michael Saucier, on Google
